Early risers in S.E. St. Andrew may have seen Julian out early this morning zipping thorough the streets on his bicycle!
From about 5am to 8 this morning, Julian was riding through the constituency, delivering birthday cards, letters and brochures to residents of Hopefield, Clieveden, Hillcrest Avenues and other streets in the Golden Triangle.
