How do I register to vote?
Registering to vote is a straightforward process. Here’s how:
Visit the Electoral Office of Jamaica’s South East St Andrew Constituency office at 11 ½ Swallowfield Road, Kingston 5, tel: 920-6404. Carry with you some form of government issued identification such as a driver’s licence or a passport.
At the constituency office, you will be asked to complete a records form with your name, address and other information, and then to have your fingerprints and photograph taken.
Some time after your visit to the EOJ Constituency office, an official from the EOJ will visit your residence to verify that you live there. Once you are verified, you will be placed on the voter’s list.
Your voter ID should be ready within two to three months. You can collect it at the EOJ Constituency office.

The People's National Party welcomes membership from all patriotic Jamaicans interested in nation building. To join the party, visit the PNP Headquarters at 89 Old Hope Road, Kingston 5, then complete and submit an application form OR download, complete and submit an application form online at the PNP website.
Why didn't I get a birthday card?
Oops! Julian tries to deliver as many cards as he can in person, but those he can’t he’ll send through the mail. Most times, if you haven't received a card its because for whatever reason we don’t have your correct address on record. Send Julian an email. Remember to include your full mailing and email addresses, your name and date of birth.
